Eddie Murphy will receive the 20th Career Achievement Award at the award ceremony which has been slated for November 6, 2016 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Speaking on why Eddie deserves to be honored, Dick Clark Productions’ CEO, Allen Shapiro said that; “Eddie Murphy has had a spectacular career as a comedian, actor, writer, producer and director, spanning more than 35 years.We look forward to honoring his extraordinary body of work.”
Past honorees of the Hollywood Career Achievement Award include late Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman, Harrison Ford, Richard Gere, Glenn Close and Michael Keaton.
